ElectrodeAI – Terms of Service, Privacy & Refund Policy

By subscribing to or using ElectrodeAI (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. License & Usage

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the plugin while your subscription is active.
• License keys are linked to your Roblox account and may not be shared, resold, loaned, or transferred.
• Redistributing or leaking the plugin, its files, or your key in any form is prohibited.

2. Download & Distribution

• The plugin may only be downloaded from the official ElectrodeAI website.
• Sending or sharing the plugin file directly (including reuploads, copies, or mirrors) is not permitted.

3. Prohibited & Malicious Use

• The Service must not be used to create cheats, exploits, hacks, or any malicious tools that violate Roblox ToS or harm other users.
• You are responsible for how you use the plugin.
• ElectrodeAI is not liable for any misuse or enforcement actions taken against you by Roblox or third parties.

4. Billing & Refunds

• ElectrodeAI operates on a recurring subscription model.
• Payments are processed through PayPal or other listed processors.
• Refunds are not offered, except where:
  • The plugin is not functioning as advertised and
  • The issue cannot be resolved by support.
• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or unused subscription time are not eligible for refunds.

5. Data & Privacy

• We store minimal account data (email, Roblox identifier, subscription status, and referral codes if used).
• We do not store credit card details or payment credentials; these are handled by PayPal.
• Data is used only for account management, security, analytics, and subscription verification.
• We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

6. Account Suspension / Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated without refund if you:

• Share or leak the plugin or license key
• Attempt to bypass payment or license checks
• Engage in malicious or exploit-based usage
• Violate these Terms in any material way

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or revenue
• Roblox Studio or platform outages/changes
• Development outcomes or damages resulting from misuse
